Bromley Adult Care Awards - how to nominate

  1. Please enter using our online entry form. If you are unable to do this online, please request a printed form to be posted to you.
  2. Choose the category or categories for which you want to nominate. If you are entering more than one category, please make a separate entry for each category.
  3. Read the category judging criteria carefully.
  4. Write an account of no more than 300 words saying why your nominee should be considered.

Rules for entry

  • Nominees can be for anyone working in services directly or indirectly related to adult social care.
  • Only those invited to nominate can do so.
  • All entries are treated confidentially.
  • Entries will be judged by a panel of reputable independent and impartial adjudicators.
  • Entries will not be returned.
  • One copy of the submission is required.
  • The judging panel reserves the right to move entries from one category to another if they feel it more appropriate. Please make sure all information is accurate at the time of entry. The judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Bromley will not be held responsible for the publication of any information contained in the entry that was inaccurate.
  • Judging is virtual and will take place around 6 weeks prior to the awards in Bromley.
  • All finalists are shortlisted as per the 300 words account of why the nominee should win the award submitted in the nomination form.
  • Deadline for nominations is to arrive by midnight 2 February 2024.

Information collected on the nomination form will only be used for the purpose of running the Bromley Adult Care Awards and will not be kept longer than is necessary for this purpose.
