Bromley 0 to 19 public health service
The service offers tailored guidance and support to families and partner services who work with children and young people, through health visitors, school nurses and the family nurse partnership. There are lots of resources and information on the Bromley 0-19 website
The 0-4 health visiting and family nurse partnership works with families with children aged 0-4 years
Health support for schools
The health support for schools service provides support for school-aged children with health needs.
The school nursing service carries out health assessments on children (5-19 years old) where there are safeguarding concerns and support any identified health needs. It also provides support to vulnerable children and young people who have been identified to the service including those attending the Youth Offending service.
Bromley Healthcare
Bromley Healthcare partners Bromley Council in providing a range of children’s and adult health services to Bromley residents. Some of the Bromley Healthcare children’s services also provide some universal support.
GP Alliance this is a network of Bromley practices who provide a GP service at primary care hubs 7 days a week. The hubs offer evening and weekend appointments for patients registered with Bromley practices.
