The properties available through the scheme may not always be within Bromley borough. While most properties will be within 90 minutes of public transport from Bromley, their location will be based on individual suitability and availability.

If you decline a suitable private rented sector property offered to you, or if you fail to attend a viewing without valid reason, the council may discharge its duty to assist you further. It is important to carefully consider any offers made to you.
