The ceremony room can be viewed between Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.

You are allowed to bring up to 50 guests.

Yes, they can enter the ceremony room 20 minutes prior to the ceremony commencing.

Yes, you can live stream your ceremony, nothing can be plugged in, there can be no wires across the floor and we are not in control of the WI-FI.

Yes, you may make an entrance together or with one other person. However, if one half of the couple wishes to make an entrance and does not wish to be seen by partner 2 before the ceremony, then arrival times will need to be coordinated. We ask that partner 1 arrives 30 minutes before the start time of the ceremony and the partner 2 arrives 15 minutes before.

You will meet the registrars 30 minutes before your ceremony for a pre ceremony interview.

Yes, you can have your own music which can be played via Bluetooth and managed by a guest. There cannot be any religious connotations associated with your chosen songs.

Confetti cannot be thrown inside the ceremony room or the building; it can only be thrown outside of the building and must be biodegradable confetti only.

No, the ceremony fee is for the room hire, registrars and certificate.

You are granted access to your chosen room 20 minutes prior to your ceremony. The ceremony will normally last approximately 20 to 25 minutes and we factor in 5 minutes departure time at the end.

No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are allowed.
