There are three workshops for parents to focus on ways to create positive family relationships, whether they are together, separated or divorced:

The Stronger Relationships Programme online course

The experienced Strengthening Families Strengthening Communities parenting team at Race Equality Foundation have created an inclusive free ‘Stronger Relationships’ 6-week online programme for co-parents who are living together or apart, with extended family or in blended families.

The programme includes online expert-led group discussions scheduled at times to suit families’ needs together with online learning which can be accessed at any time.

This course is available until end of December 2024.

Parenting after separation online course

If you are going through separation following a breakdown of relationship with the other parent of your child then this course is for you. It will explain why and how to parent when one parent is non-resident.

It will also give you more confidence about the future for yourself, your children and your ex-partner.

This course shares practical parenting information, using short engaging videos as well as useful downloadable tools and footage. Parenting after separation course has been developed by practitioners from Spurgeons, Christian faith-based organisation.
